This app has huge potential. I was devastated when Google discontinued the MyMaps app, and this could potentially be way better than that app ever was. My problem so far is that this app is still pretty buggy to the point where it's annoying to use. I'm really hoping things will get better with updates and this will be a five star app.

I'm so happy that Pin Drop is back. There's no other app or website that has been able to nail this kind of app yet, so I have high hopes Pin Drop will get there. Mapstr has OK features but a mess of a UI. And it says a lot that Pin Drop is advancing the Android app alongside the iOS version. Even though it's missing some important features, I'm giving it 5 stars for now. My top requests are allowing for syncing profiles across devices and the biggie: a web app version!!

Has potential, however it does not work, too many bugs and not stable. Reached out to the developers and received 1 response versus the many I supplied with details. I wish this app was stable for it has potential, but for now, we have to look for another alternative.

links to groups don't seem to be working, when tracking a group of people you have to try and find them, there is no search function, I also just tried to unsubscribe from the mailing list and it said it failed. I wanted to track someone doing the Albania race but no joy and apparently it is not working for a lot of other people.

I'd forgotten all about this app until I received the email that it was back. I knew exactly what app it was an was excited to install it again. Unfortunately it's a bit janky when navigating the map at times and crashes when trying to edit or delete the imported pins from my account. Hopefully this will get ironed out as this is a useful app at it's best.

Done the same as I did many years ago when it was first released, deleted. According to an email from them, I can login with my old email address. I can't. Keeps going round in a loop sending a verification email. Gave up with that, created a Google account login. Went to login. I can't. Gave up. Reply to Devs. Why bother emailing announcing the latest release highlighting everything's still there from when I last logged in when your login process is knackered. Won't be trying again.

Super buggy. Things change after you click them. Things don't exist that clearly exist, you have to manually drop half of the pins because it won't find the location. Sometimes it will find the location and you'll drop a pin and the pin is in a totally different country despite saying the address is correct. A lot of potential but pretty poor execution right now
