Mostly let down by how badly the guide to setting up leagues etc is set out. And it really cant cope with teams that chop and change players. The way people are forced to 'work around' means it mostly ends up as a horrid complicated mess. Simply: there are better options out there if you are willing / able to look for them.

Shocking - very clunky and not user friendly at all. Booking is not straight forward as you click on the time you want and it keeps defaulting to another time, so be careful! Nothing works on it, continuously trying to load. Ended up just going to local play centre and telling them we can't book, along with screenshots of attempts.

So glad to be about to uninstall this piece of cr4p. I can't make it work - I click on a date, you then have to find the date by scrolling either up or down (it seems to vary depending on what day of the bloody week it is). It's completely unintuitive, the people behind it don't seem to have a clue either because the emails I got back were just complete junk in terms of the answers they gave. A real waste of time all round. My honest view - go back to a notepad and make a manual note. That works

I signed up for a sports session with my university and I didn't check the app after that. Two days after my registration, the system had kicked my name off the list although I never pressed "can't attend" or anything like that. It just automatically took my name off the list. This is horrible, do something about it! I cannot attend sports sessions if the system kicks me out of them and other people take my spot as a consequence!

Rubbish! Joined a local challenge but although it shows that it's synced with my Fitbit, none of my information is registering on there. I've used their contact form twice to notify them of the issue, but still not had any response.

App needs reviewing. 3 clicks should be a maximum to get to where a user needs to be. Reduce the text-heavy interface and make it more graphical through using grids, icons & button. Make it clearer how users update their evidence. Remember what the purpose of the app is - to encourage fitness. The idea that evidence is reviewed is dated - provided 25miles worth of exercise evidence = 'rejected'. So, I uninstall the app. Provide a way for kids to be involved - they don't have pedometers.

It improved now App so confusing, not easy to book or cancel ...I'm trying many times to see my booked activities but the showed me blank page nothing...I tried to link another account for my child the first name disappeared that happened many times not once very complicated....

The idea behind it is very good and some of the features work very well. Although the messaging side of things is the bane of my life. 90% of the time it is "unable to send message"
