Very unreliable QR scanner. Constantly breaks the camera for the entire system, this is the only camera enabled app that manages to accomplish this on a Pixel 7. Serial numbers on the chargers (at least around my location) are very cumbersome to enter manually as a back up. Not sure why they don't enable NFC that the chargers support, that is actually reliable.

I originally gave 2 stars because the app worked when it wasn't hard rebooting my phone (about a 50% chance of that happening), but now the app won't open at all, so I'm removing a star. I'm using a Pixel 8 Pro. The developer says the camera issues are fixed, but that's untrue, and now the app crashes without opening the camera at all. It just shows the logo and then immediately quits. I actually liked the app six months ago when it worked, but updates have made it worse than useless.

I can't use PayPal to pay. Update: The app doesn't crash as much anymore, but it will still crash. The app will crash my Pixel 8 phone. Starting on the camera made it worse. When I start the app, sometimes it will immediately close. Eventually, it'll hang, and the phone will reboot, and then, after starting the app a few times, I can use the app.

I would like to put 0 star if possible. Its charge station meter shows 5% or even 10% more power charged than the actual number shown by the vehicle itself . This issue has been existing for a long time and customers keep reporting it. However, this company did nothing to fix it. Maybe it intentionally chargedore money. Keep away from it if you can.

The app will frequently crash and cause the phone to restart while trying to start a charging session. So takes a long time to start a charging session if at all. Very unusual for an app to cause a restart of a phone. This happens while trying to initiate a charging session by scanning a qr code. Have a google pixel 8

Lacks basic functionality. The map, which has been in the app for over a year still does not tell you the price and what type of stations a location services. On top of this it also does not account for faulted chargers, amongst other things. Finding useful information with this app prior to a site visit is a crapshoot, and I end up using plugshare to find out instead. App is good for enabling PF chargers and giving them your data. Note: most PF chargers are L2, so expect to sit a while.

App is basically a browser wrapper. Sign up process was easy, but could have been better if could just sign up with google. Google Pay and PayPal payment integration does not work (I use firefox as default browser on my phone... maybe that's the issue). First attempt to charge failed, second one succeeded. App has several bugs, they have not done sufficient testing.

I don't know what happened but ever since the app was updated with a new UI, I have had nothing but problems. When I try to scan the QR code, the app either requests for permission to use the camera even though I've already allowed it in the past, the app closes and restarts, or it causes my phone to crash and have to reboot. After about 3 or 4 tries and a few reboots it finally works. As others have commented, the payment system is annoying but at least it doesn't cause my phone to crash.
