I received a text that my order shipped. It has a link for tracking, but the link only brings me to the app store asking me to open or install the app. When I click open, there is no info available. The only options are Refill Prescription and Dose Reminder. Nothing about tracking. I see this has been an issue for awhile, reading other reviews. I will send an email to the account in your reply to other review. Hopefully, this issue can be fixed soon! If so, I will change my rating.

App is really useless. Tried to reorder a refill. Told me my birthday or refill # were in correct. I verified both were correct. Ended up calling to order refill. Then get a text that my order has shipped and link to track. Well that just takes to to Play store to download the app which I already have downloaded. No track8ng available of any kind. I read were this is same problem others have been having for awhile. Ashame since peoe i deal with when calling are so nice & helpful. Need to take down or fix as it put company in bad light which is ashame.

The app is useless. A text to download the app sends with every pharmacy confirmation for prescription pick up. Problem is that the app has issues with downloading and the app is very bare bones. You're better off calling the pharmacy directly and get your information and questions answered directly by the staff on site. They are always helpful when you call. Don't bother with the app.

I get a text stating I have an order on the way. I open the app and no information is there at all. This isn't the first time this has happened. The app never gives any information or is any help

After a huge hassle to get my prescription filled, I am now waiting again, after the first one was lost. Then I got sent what they said was the tracking number. Then it led me to this mess. Still have no idea whether I will ever get my prescription. This run around is seriously horrible.

I received a text telling my prescription was filled and is on the way . The tracking number brings me to your app. but the app. does not tell me anything about my order

No helpful use, no contact information. No way to see order filled but got a text message that it was. Took my money but no rx!!!!

This app is only as effective as the pharmacy you are ordering from. MediVera does not use this app to communicate status of refill at any point of the refill process.
