This app is not user friendly. The features only work every once in a while, like finger print reader isn't available even though it is in the app settings. Remember me doesn't work sometimes. Billing set up requires you to wait days to effect certain changes. Messaging doesn't show messages sent to individual customers only system messages. Only reason I have this app is because it's required for automatic billing, it's pretty bad overall.

1. Pricing was false when I joined. I was told a great price TOTAL(includes taxes and fuel surcharge). Then fist invoice was tripled what I was told, 2nd invoice was $50.00 more than what I was told. 2. I can't even open/view my invoice on the app, as they have a file that my phone(Samsung) does not support. I must use the online website on comp to see. 3. No credits to account when THEY do not do their pick up(s). They missed 9 and I still had to pay. I do however really like our driver.

Neither the website nor the app work. When you try to login to the website, the timer spins indefinitely - Attempting for days on my smartphone and desktop. Finally downloaded the app, as the website suggests and it doesn't even get through the login screen before it's asking for your fingerprint, AGAIN. Any link I try to use, prompts me for my fingerprint again and then brings me back to the opening page. It's impossible to use! A previous comment suggested logging in as a guest-FINALLY PAID!!

App allows me to login and see my bill and all those other good things but won't let me setup auto pay or one time payments. Tried the website and the login page just doesn't even show when I click it. Hope they fix it in the near future bur who knows. The service is really good and have had a pleasant experience with the drivers so don't discount that!

App & web page are TRASH! I've tried more than 6 times to set up Auto Pay. Contacted CS and they replied with steps on how to setup AutoPay. I already know the setup process!! App keeps returning error that AutoPay can't be setup. Tried with bank acct & credit card. Made initial payment over the phone & was quoted $57 for 3 months. Now have an "invoice' for $90÷ but nothing is itemized. My invoice was sent to my email? The email says I owe $90+ due 1/20. That's it. HORRIBLE Nothing works!

The app showed a blank white screen for about 20s before loading the initial login prompt. After login, it attempted to load my account dashboard for 20s before failing. The only thing it did successfully was send me a password reset link and authenticate login. I've had this app awhile and it used to be okay. I don't know when it broke and I don't have a need to use it often, but when I do it's kind of important. I've wasted a lot of time trying to use it and am very disappointed.

Well, I have one star for every notable feature of the app that didn't immediately throw an error and not work. That was pretty much logging in, nothing else works. Payment settings were broken, payment history is broken, biometrics is broken, other things launch the website which is...also somehow broken when launched from the app. I would recommend to improve the app maybe you could....have any part of it actually work? Yeah...yeah that would help a bit. Thanks

I've had issues with this app since downloading it. An error message always pops up stating that auto pay can't be connected and when I do try to make a payment on my account it never takes my payment so I have to use a guest checkout account in order to pay my bills. If I could give "0" stars I would just because of the payment issues.
