Latest update removed the ability to share media by email or text message. Only way I'm able to pull photos from the app is by sending via bluetooth. Not ideal for sharing job results with customers or anyone really. Also, I'm not a fan of the app locking the screen orientation to landscape mode. 80% of the time I'm using the app, I'm using one hand on the phone and the other hand is wearing a glove and manipulating the camera. One handed operation of the app is much more difficult now.

Ridgid Crew! Great App for sending your Video Inspections to your staff or customers while still on site. I've seen so many of my friends in the business or even my competitors (that have the "X" model monitors) that dont take the time to learn how to use this app. I tell them all they that are missing out. For people that are having issues sending the videos. (I use a Samsung Note 8) Click on the videos that you wanna send, create link, then messenger app then person you wanna send it to.

The recent update has made my job harder. I was use to everything being in portrait mode but now with the update I'm stuck in landscape mode. I've looked all over the options to find an option allowing me to switch but haven't found one. Now I've had multiple problems having my video shut off during the scope which results in me having to redo the entire video b/c it gets corrupt. Please at least make an option to switch viewing styles.

Biggest pile of trash. CONNECTS SOMETIMES. No real support online besides turn on wifi and Bluetooth

As a plumber this app has made my job easier while also gives alot more value to my clients. It allows the customer/clients to hold the camera monitor in there hands while I run my inspection, im able to explain each issue in detail while giving the client eyes on exactly what im talking about and prevents clients from going on roof or in there crawlspace. I love this app.

Works great! Thanks. New my phone updated and i cant figure out how to make it work very frustrating. Its not this app, it my phone sucks this app is the best.
