Horrible, worst experience ever!! Deceptive payment info and had to pay $79 for what was clearly $19.99/month. No reasoning with them and they didn't answer my questions, just a stock reply. There were no photos of prospective contacts and most of the men who contacted me were from other states. Total waste of time and now I'm stuck with them. Don't do it!! 😠

It is almost impossible to cancel the premium subscription. I have to cancel my credit card to avoid being charged for sgd 317 for 3 month services. I just received a threaten email from the management that if I dont pay, they will engage external debt collection party to come after me!!!! This is the most horrible experience I ever encountered!!!

Don't bother! Outrageously expensive.. cnt even see a msg or a pic unless you pay! And customer service are rude and won't justify why there is a massive price difference from when you join and then when you go to upgrade. Initial price was $9.95 for a month then went to $79.95 for a month! I note from other reviews it has happened to others as well!

Very disappointed with service. If I could, I'd have given them not ZERO stars, but rather minus 20. List of disappointments is quite large, where to start? Full of catfish and fake profiles, I didn't notice that the they did anything when I reported them. Membership cancellation is made unnecessarily complicated, which is borderline frodulant and deceptive practice. It took me 2 days (TWO DAYS!!!) to cancel it. Customer service is appaling. Non existing. I will never ever come back. NEVER.

Absolute rubbish. I subscribed and on the same day told them to cancel my subscription immediately as the app is faulty. Got a long email about resetting my browser. I now went to their help section. It says That the link to unsubscribe could be unavailble (I can't even find the profile setting they refer to). So this is clearly fraudulant transactions taking place. I am in the process of reporting cyber crime and hope the app can be removed from Google play store and also closed down.

I searched for over 50 dating....yet ended up at this app. I chose to pay for 2 months subscription cos all the faces of the potential matches were blocked. I chose 2 months but they charged me an amount of R1488....which I assume is a yrs subscription.....I have since contacted my bank, canceled my credit card, contacted this app...but they sent me a message to say that if I keep contacting them, my complaint would go back to the end of the line. This app is a scam. All I want is my money back

Atrocious app, rather limited pool of people, filters are not working properly. I was being contacted by people 10 to 15 years older. 😬 Very sneaky pricing policy. You can get the app cheaper before you have seen it. Once you fill in the profile they ask 3x more. Asked for a discount they offered 20%. 🤣 I deleted the account. They were like, don't contact us again to remove it. As in you can trust we will get rid of the data. I jumped on a different app, got 50 likes. 😏 Don't waste your time.

This is the worst dating app. Their matching is not thorough at all with regards to preferance and once you subscribe it is a mission to cancel your membership. Where most apps simply give a cancel button, this app request emails and signatures even though to subscribe simply happens with the click of a button. I have send an email to cancel my membership in order to deactivate my account, and yet my membership is still active therefore my account is also still active. What a frustration.
