App is terrible, we paused our deliveries before the deadline and they delivered anyway and said that we had cancelled a week for two weeks into the future - even though we had cancelled in on the same UI page used to choose which meals we wanted for the next week - not two weeks out. Very predatory company with very average food quality (veggies are almost always partially spoiled upon delivery). I highly encourage to consider trying other options before giving away money to this company.

Poor customer service, missing meals. They use messaging like chat and expect you to respond after a long delay, then end the thread with no option to follow up.

Avoid Scam basket! Bad food and customer service. They sent me moldy carrots and refused to give me a refund when I tried to cancel my Thanksgiving box last week. I am out $159.99 and no refund in sight. Customer service is rude and not helpful at all.

Good healthy meals, easy to follow instructions, but terrible app. Each update makes the app worse and worse. Most recent update has made it basically non-functional so now I'm just logging into my laptop to check my orders.

This is the second food delivery I'm trying out, I like the choice between kits and individual meals. The premade food is very tasty and saves me time and money. It allows me to stay in a healthy mindset as well. I like that they allow you to salt to your liking, the portions are enough to last me a couple of servings sometimes as well. I even convinced my Mom and my roommate to sign up! Great value. I like the natural containers the meals are in as well. 👍🏾

I'm so disappointed with this company. I've been with them for years and they were excellent! I relied on them very much and learned a lot. Over the last year their recipes have gradually declined. Now you will be lucky to get ground meat (only) with maybe grill lettuce and a piece of fruit if you are lucky. I don't know where they are coming up with some of the concoctions offered, but they are not even full meals. U will need to add to = a complete meal, same cost tho. It's too bad.
