Whatever they did to this app, it is no longer functional. I open it and it struggles and constantly fails to open any of the tabs/pages so I have to continue to constantly reload the pages to see appts, records, test results, etc only to get error messages. Pls fix, many disabled folks rely on this app. It not internet connection, it's doing this on wifi and data.

I have been having repeated difficulty with the app indicating that there is a "system error" and to "try again later". There is no number to call for assistance so I may have to uninstall the app. The very odd thing is i continue to receive appointment notifications and test results from UPMC, but I can't get into their system through this app any longer!

Love this app, except. lately, I keep getting error messages saying it won't connect with the server regardless of what action I select. This has been going on for several weeks now. I prefer making my appointments through the app, when I can, but this issue is preventing me from doing that, as well as looking up test results and messaging my care team. Very frustrating

I was very happy using this app for several years. I depend on this app for my family and myself. I don't know what changed but it isn't working anymore. 'System error' and 'Connectivity problem ' messages aren't helpful! I can't read my after visit notes or access messages. I tried all the fixes I could from my end with no improvement. Don't apologize, just FIX IT!

This app has become completely non-functional. The appointments and scheduling never load and constantly give errors that I either cannot view them or that it can't load. This is a MEDICAL app that UPMC has basically forced all of its patients to use and now it seems like they've completely abandoned it. It has never functioned well, but now it's completely unusable.

The app doesn't open. It just spins and then says connectivity problem connecting to the server. If it does open, very rare, it won't open the trends button. I have bloodwork every week preparing for a transplant. I need the trends to compare function week to week and be able to adjust medications. Can you please fix this problem. Just the past month it hasn't been working. I also need to see appointments and messages. My doctors communicate with me thru these portals. Please fix it asap

app hasn't been working properly for months! it started with "losing communication" or "feature unavailable" every now and then when I went to check my messages but now almost every aspect of it aside from the home page gives me the same error message. how am I supposed to manage my health if the app is hot garbage???

It's great when it works. Lately, the functionality has taken a nose-dive. I manage myself, my child, and my grandparent. More often than not, I get error messages and have to back out 4-5 times to see results or make appointments if it works at all. With all that said, my 3 star review is generous. Just another way UPMC makes me wonder where all our money actually goes.
