1. I am unable to log inmy profile in this app. It gives an error "already registered in some other account" 2. Next I tried to create a new account with another email id and phone number. But it again giving error Invalid email id/Phone number even though the number /email id are correct.

Pathetic service!!!!! App doesn't works properly. Not able to update the images even after giving an access to the phone albums. Customer service can be much better if someone can directly assist over call. Website glitches, one can't reach to customer service. The submit option doesn't works even after clicking for 100 times. Highly disappointed

I bought popular membership, other than being able to upload more content it did absolutely nothing for me. I never got a confirmed client. Received many fraudulent cases though. I've reached out for a refund and got no response whatsoever. I've had this app for so long, it doesn't really give much support. Regardless me posting ton of content, it didn't be of any help to me.

We tried everything from the begging. But nothing is work at all. we are receiving leads according to your company but those leads are utterly bad and there is no improvement of leads... Most of them are just flying enquiry and some of them asking too low budget with won't even stand out in market rate. At this point of time this platform is no more effective and we belive all are just westage of time , effort and money . We are very much disappoint with the service from the app and also the

I paid to get a verified profile badge, got a call for address verification been over a month with multiple emails requesting to understand why it has been not updated. Spoke to two executives but they only tried to sell their visibility packages but won't didn't help a vendor with a simple issue. Imagine the fate of the vendor after paying for the package, pathetic customer support. As told below I even sent an email still no use. They just reply for the sake of it here.

If only I could give this app zero stars. They have pathetic customer care service. I have been following them from last one year to make changes on my firms page but haven't had any help whatsoever. So finally decided to put in a request for upgrading my profile, and got a call back within minutes. The guy who called was absolutely rude, and uncooperative. Definitely will not recommend this application to anyone.

I created a user profile by mistake instead of the Business profile and now the app isn't allowing me to create a business profile as I am an existing user. I have escalated this issue to them multiple times but everytime I get response as to it will be done in 3 working days. It's been a month and the issue still remains unresolved.

It gives very good support for all our queries. But application wise it has to improve for vendors. it doesn't even allow us to add some description of our own. uploading images is very hectic. Atleast provide google drive link support like how you have given YouTube video Linking support. I must be clear to say that you charge way to high for vendors.
