I highly recommend this rental Agency; they were indeed 100% right when they said their process is entirely digital from beginning to the end. My interaction with them from previewing Studio options with their 360° view, applying for the space and contract signing, settlement of Rental Deposit was flawless. Now all is set for me to move into my apartment space in Wilhelmsburg-Hamburg. I highly recommend.

I don't recommend them. I sent the application for a studio rent in Vienna compiling everything asked for. I got an automatic answer saying to wait up to 5 days for processing. Almost three weeks passed without news, I tried to contact them, for my availability also for other options eventually that are listed as free on their site. No email and no phone number only the app. I tried to send a message through the app, did not work. In the meanwhile I lost some other studios. Bad

Unresponsive app, hotline is the only way to reach anyone but staff isn't well informed and their only response is passing on whatever issues you might have and then never hearing back. I received no confirmation of the payments i sent, then literally the day before the start of my contract been told the place is no longer available. At least the refund is in progress.

I'm really sorry to tell that the customer service is the worst.. they do answers once then never return. The fact of having no other way to communicate is terrible. Specially when it comes to financial issues !! Easier than say !!

Absolut catastrophic customer service. Nobody reacts to the emails. According to Zimmerei integrated email system is their primary communication method.
