Dear Ego Team, I’d like to suggest an improvement for your app. In Uber, when I travel home from work (around 40km my Distance), I can select a “route for home/work” option. This allows me to get matched with passengers traveling in the same direction or nearby. It would be great if Ego could introduce a similar feature, making rides more efficient for both drivers and passengers. Thank you!

I have used many App like this but no one has that type of rabish system. They have no any support team. If the passengers does not paid the trip fare they don't give any composition. In addition they impose fine to drivers as their wish. So i request new drivers who want to become an ego driver rethink about it.

If you have forgot your password then there is no option to reset it. when you click on Forgot password then OTP send to register mobile number after that when you enter the correct OTP they said you have enter incorrect OTP I Tried so many times. Same issues facing

dear ego team i would like to give suggestion please improve your application because its critically needed to be update 1. location pickup to drop off both to been seen in booking time 2. cash or card 3. emergency help or support 4. if customer is not paying money or if customer is paying diffrent amount . ego drivers are your team please support them many time passengers are not pay money driver cant fight with lady customer

very third class unregistered app , this is second time now on date 19 march 2025 , that admin last update the application on 16 feb 2025, which update is not showing balance or other details, not give us a single penny, every ego passenger add money via Applepay, so we have not able to withdraw in this version. this kind of update repeating now, after one month pass this problem is not resolving. i hatss off and don't recommend this to anyone one , this is huge scam guys , be aware.

It's good application but the customer number not show after finished the drop off some time the customer gets number and say I will pay the money but not pay

customer service for the ego driver is very bad, kindly improve your support to us. please launch some helpline number or make it possible on WhatsApp or in app chat service with the agent to solve the issues. thanks
