I download the app. After setting up I can log in one time then it gives message of log in problem please try again. I try again with no luck so I uninstall and reinstall only for it do the same as before. Please fix this app. Will someone please help. I'm getting tired of having to uninstall and reinstalll this constantly. I try to set it to use biometrics or a passcode and neither of them turn on but says it does.

Can access my account but the results will not load. They were loading 2 days ago. What's up with this app? Is the app having issues problems? When are you going to fix them? Still trying to load test results!! I can sign in but not able to see further!!! HELP!!!!!!

Whoever designed this app deserves an award. Easy to set up apps and results of labs and doctors notes are all there in a timely manner. Sometimes the labs come to you before the doctors even see them. Anyway, could say more, but it's all there to see so you can feel comfortable with the knowledge it gives you about you.

I love the "MyMercy app". It helps me keep up with my appointments, as well as my kids' appointments. I can print off school doctor notes off the app, as well as immunization records. My favorite part of the app is being able to view test results sometimes before the doctor comes in the room to tell me. If I ever have any questions, I can message my provider as well as my kids provider any time, day or night. I would highly recommend this app to anyone that receives care at my mercy.

I find the messaging Dr and staff to be a valuable part of my medical care and records. It's easy to navigate the app. I can make and reschedule appts without phone call wait time. Mercy Dr's and staff are great at responding thru the app. Use it. It will improve your Healthcare.

Wonderful app used almost every day by myself! Had some short of phone issues recently interfering with my logging onto My Mercy account, Have new phone & obtained entry again at My Mercy. Expression: cold & lost without that service.. thanks again.
