Update: Still no improvement. Lists do not include price for the items listed. There's no way to manage the list: you can check off items, but deleting them deletes the whole list. How is this productive, Big Y? If you can't put out a working app, them go back to including full size flyers. Poorly designed. No food descriptions or nutritional info. Search field often has zero results for foods that are carried by the store. I don't bother anymore with Big Y. They just aren't customer friendly.

Big Y can't fix their log in issues after 20 years. TlI have not shopped there since early 2000's. I tried today, for my last time, to shop here. It's not worth the time or effort since Shaws & Walmart are also local I've tried 100 times to log in over the past 20 years. It's the MAIN REASON I DONT SHOP THERE. DON'T BOTHER DOWNLOADING THIS APP BECAUSE IT DOESN'T WORK

I used to love the amp especially loading my additional coupon is lousy right now I can't get into it you make sales on the paper and you can't get in it to download the loaded offer and that is very very sad right now I give it a zero

Horrible update. This used to be such an easy, user-friendly app to use. It is so awful now. It runs super slow. It takes extra clicks to get what you want. You can no longer select from the weekly ad view. Why would you make it so much more cumbersome??? And then to only put the ad online when it's so hard to access is insane. Fix it! Otherwise, there's too many other stores to shop at.

Before th last major update it worked perfectly for me. I only use it to bring up my accounts barcode for scanning. But since that update it logs me out like every 2 weeks and takes forever to load. It's almost unusable at this point because every time I go to the store I have to wait for it to load, log back in, and then wait for it to load again. It takes over 3 minutes (usually closer to 5) which doesn't seem like a lot until you're holding up the checkout line. This really needs to be fixed.

What happened with this update?? It looks like form won out over function. I've been using the app regularly for a long time and while it wasn't especially pretty, it was convenient and I could quickly and easily browse the weekly sales by department and add them to a shopping list. Now, one has to go through multiple screens of subcategories, each taking way too much time to load. Adding insult to injury, I've been unable to get past the first 2 departments on the main sales page. Useless!

The new app is horrible. I will most likely stop shopping at Big Y rather than use the app. The easiest way to now use it is flyer view (might as well get the paper version). I want to be able to scroll thru the whole add or sort by departments like before update. Now takes u to recommended and not much. Try departments and it's split into sub departments and one has to scroll right for a view all to c the rest. To many layers to c anything. Bring back the old features.
