I love Smooth FM and it's my radio station of choice in my car, but this app is very unstable with many glitches, for e.g., it's not intuitive enough to recognise that my headphones have been docked and it continues playing on Android phone. Also, music is constantly interrupted by news announcement or vice versa; this makes listening very challenging. I'm not sure I have the patience to persevere with this app tbh. The developers need to listen to feedback and improve the app integrity.

I love listening to Smooth FM on the radio but the app is useless! I turn on it on on the phone in time to hear the news every morning and what do I get instead? A stream of ads. By the end of them the news is usually over or halfway through and I've missed most of it. Secondly, what's with not being able to turn it off?? I used to be able to slide it off the screen and that would be enough but it stays on and now even clicking the X to close it doesn't work either! The only way I can shut it down is to switch my phone (Samsung Galaxy S7 running Android) off altogether! Most annoying!!

I can't get it to play continuously. it's always coding out. I've been trying for about an hour now. I closer the app down and re open it. I have 5g reception and no delay on anything else when using my internet eg tube or FM etc. Whilst trying to use Smooth FM for the first time, no other app was active or on standby in the background. I would be grateful for any advice and happy to change my rating if I can get it to work 😊

I installed the Smooth Player App on my phone not knowing what to expect. I've been looking for something where i can have the variety of music, without the headache of technology ... Something simple '. I LIKE IT, I'm enjoying my new App (Smooth Player) , i have it on my Tablet too. Thank you to all at Smooth FM, i have found my music App. 🌿🌿🌿🌿🌿

The app self is well designed, but it keeps freezing. I have given this app a very fair go, but it's annoying when you have to 'unfreeze' the app several times. Sorry, but the app is literally unusable, and I assume it's a tech thing within the app. Afterall and to be fair, the app is alright. It's just not working properly.

Installed today on Pixel 6 Pro Android 13. Periodically cuts out and needed to open app, stop playback and then start playback to resume. Bluetooth ear buds unable to stop playback. After closing app I still see a blue box in my notifications indicating it's still running. I used the app for a couple of hours, battery usage shows app was running for 9.5 hours and used 32% of battery. I'll be uninstalling the app now.

Great selection of music, but it only plays for a few minutes then stops. When I open my phone and press play it makes me listen to another ad or 2 every time before restarting the music only to stop again a few minutes later. Wanted to love this app but it's incredibly frustrating.

Not impressed. why bother with the app with so many ads. 2 songs played after listening to ads and suddenly bombarded with ads again. Ridiculous. Fix it or lose fans
