This app is the most useless and difficult to login and navigate available. It's almost impossible to log-in, the process is obviously set-up to make it ridiculously hard, so people will just give up, which creates issues with the ability to do what should be easy, such as transfer registrations and so forth. I get the distinct impression that this is deliberate. It seems as if the app was designed and developed by a two year old toddler, with no concept of reality.

After using the reviews here to fix the default app settings, I kept getting an error message. Contacted the email in the review responses and was told to call Services Australia, who after a while informed me it had nothing to do with them. So again emailed the assistance email address. Was then phoned and told that the covid Vax sharing does not currently work with Google Pixel phones. How annoying for all of us trying to do the right thing. Great app development work!

OK, I'm a software engineer/manager, with cognitive psychology background with over 40 years experience designing user interfaces. This application presents a horrendously complicated and unusable user interface. It breaks just about every one of Schneiderman's golden rules for user interfaces. Please get your software engineers training and experience in Human System Integration before you let them lose on a user interface - software engineers do not inherently know how to design a user interface. That is the critic on the initialisation component, once you get through the fourteen or so seemingly random button presses to pair your COVID-19 certificate to the app, it is just two button presses and a PIN to access your certificate - at least the software developers got that right. One other annoying 'feature' with this app, is that once you attach something (e.g., a written-off car's registration information) there is no apparent way to delete it from presentation.

App still won't run or open even 2 years on. My phone is less than 3 years old, has space, and is up to date, but the app just shuts down as soon as it's activated. I've tried multiple times to install. Would rate in negative if I could. -5 stars. Absolutely abysmal. I'll keep doing what I have been, using my browser or signing in manually.

Worked as expected until Christmas eve when app continues to crash. Restarted phone and checked for updates, still nothing. Unable to check in, system has overloaded itself or has given up. Many stores visited don't have pen and paper handy, anyone know an easy fix? Update: eventually began working even though intermittently. Have spent a lot of wasted time in a loop trying to connect vaccination certificate which it states IS attached, complete incompetence at a time when it's needed.

Everytime this app updates it loses my info. It now records a pin and fingerprint details,which I thought might be to avoid this. Instead, it's just additional steps to slow down the unnecessary repeated login requests. Please don't add a comment thanking me for my feedback and that this will be passed on to the relevant area for consideration. It's an absolutely ridiculous feature that must be fixed, not "considered". Do you see this sort of performance from any of the major commercial apps?

Absolute rubbish app. The level of incompetence in creating such trash is unbelievable. I have tried a dozen or more times to install the app and it constantly stalls and fails to send a confirmation Email. Hit the resend button nothing happens ,delete the app and reinstall and the same over and over. Have installed the Vic Gov app and Service NSW app no problems at all.

Edit: called them & they had me log out and back in again & that seems to have fixed it! App is crashing (android phone), fully updated and was working fine 30 mins ago. Useless if i can't use it to check-in, especially given majority of places leave their manual check-in sheets out for anyone to read or note down details!
