Hi, I want to support this app but it seems that it need improvement for its performance. For example when I am doing my module in the subject I took, the app will redirect me back to the Progress page. This happens a lot of time and disturbs my learning process. Also, the app took longer time to reload the content. And every time I went back to the Progress page, it will take its time to reload (it's annoying somehow). It'll be nicer if all the loading happens in the background instead.

Used to be able to work, be it bearly the minimum of accessing announcement and files, now it's just blank everything, nothing loads here while on PC everything works fine. It's not the WiFi because the same phone I use to open this app is the same phone I use for YouTube, watching Twitch streams, stream Netflix. I'm pretty sure a bunch of texts are not going to take as long as a 3 hour long FHD video streaming live.

Some of the functions are not working. I can't update comments, set as watched, and survey section is blank. I need to go to the website through internet browser then the functions would worked. I got this app to make my life easier. I hope the app will improve and fix the functions.

Always Having Problem With Completing The Course, Because Lot of Course Using Youtube Video. If the Video already remove by the owner/youtube, automatically can't complete the course even already 96% complete. Totally, wasting time. To improve it, don't ever using Youtube video in the modul of course. Too risky

this honestly can be so much more better and higher rated if better featured were actually implemented and the user experience is improved. Sometimes I can't even download files from any lectures that I'm enrolled in and plus the load times for a page to come up get a little laggy, there might be a few bugs around. So, yea then I have to use my browser and access oplearning this way instead to be able to download my files and access my courses and necessary pages much smoothly. Update pls🙏🏽!

I know that my internet connection sometimes can be v weak but please i don't get it why do I hv to log in everytime like every minute and it keeps saying your app needs to be updated like it keeps going on like that everytime like how many update is there to be updated?! please fix this i can't keep log in every single time I try to open this app. Nevertheless it's easy to use and is a good education apps.

Have been trying to sign up since yesterday. Till now, my sign up attempt fails. Unfortunately I'm only constantly told "Error: Request failed", without saying why. This is not very user friendly, I think. A user friendly app should be able to tell the user why you're not able to sign up or so. Terima Kasih!

I'm not really a big fan of Open Learning but I have to use it for my college, the thing that disappoints me the most is the chat function, someone messaged me one month ago using Open Learning and I did not receive any notification about it until I found out that I have chat history with someone a month later. Please do something about it. Thank you.
