Different car than described on the App but they got in contact quickly and resolved the misunderstanding quickly. Easy to book and a very efficient service.

This app used to be pretty good, even though it had a few usability problems. After the last update several months ago it's become seriously broken. Every time you make a booking it says there's a network problem (on WiFi or cell data, it makes no difference), but if you call the booking phone number it turns out they did receive the app's booking despite the error. Update: doesn't work at all on Android Lollipop, just crashes when you try to do anything. Jan 2018: seems to work now

The new update is awful, terrible to navigate and barely works, 80% of the time it's been disabled to not allow you to book, more than likely because there seems to be a sudden mass disappearance of taxi drivers, I spend £50 a week on taxis to get to work and now I'm paying extortionate money to arrive to work late no matter how early I try to book one, it's been about 2 years since anyone at the office has actually answered a call when I try to ring, it's awful, we need to hurry up and get uber

I would give this app 0 stars if I could. It very rarely works and quite often tells you there's no car to match your requirements. Shouldn't a taxi service make a car match my requirements. Awful app I won't be using again. 4 years later and I still stand by this review. I was late for work this morning because they told me taxis couldn't drive into my street. Especially puzzling when in the time I was standing outside at least 3 city cabs taxis drive past my house. Joke of a company!

Not a good app. May as well not pre book as driver is usually 30 min late without any warning. I would have an automated message system on the app that kets you know if your taxi is going to be over 10 min late as people are depending on these lifts to be on time for work, buses etc

An absolute gentleman called philip picked ny son and me up from altnagelvin outpatients. drove us to fermanagh and it was a pleasure to get to know him that that short space. so hard to meet genuine people. after a crazy day in hospital he rang me to say I'd left my sons iPad in the taxi.
