Where to begin, false advertising, customer service does no care and provide inaccurate information and refuse to responde for the social media advertisements they made, just a bunch of irregularities that gets you down so quickly. In addition to this the phone number in Miami doesn't work or something because nobody answers it. Also de app sometimes does no work correctly and does no allow you to pay your package, just a shame.

Used to be very fast now when you make the payment for you to get the package at your house takes up to 3 days and it's supposed to be within 24 hours after payment . I dont take off the fact it's a comfortable service but too slow please be as you were before I'm thinking to close this account.

First off where should I start the customer service sucks it's really hard to get ahold of somebody and for some reason the main company in Miami every time you call them the line is always busy and they always hold on to your mail and it takes them about a month and a half just to deliver your mail they don't ever fix anything
