News feed is cluttered with random "inspiring" qoutes from Bayzat app making difficult to see important information related to work. And it is not possible to hide it or remove.

The day when I started to use this app, I'm facing issues. I need to wait for an update to fix it. That's great, u fixed it. And It was working fine till yesterday. After getting another update, another issue. Now, its stuck in checkin screen. Can't do check in and check outs. It's stuck in loading... Pls fix it. I have already upgraded to latest version, after that only I have issue.

Worst experience .I redeem 02 noon each was 25 aed .01 i redeem more than 06 month and their customer experience they replied technical issues . don't know know what type of technical issues which one they can't solve more than 6 months .after I asked them no need noon coupon. now I stop using that app.

The app seeks permissions to location and other stuff that i am not willing to share with the app. The app's features dont fubction without these permissions, which is disgusting as I am not in control of my data. I am using this as its a mandate at my work place else i would never have it on my phone

It does the job of checking you in and out as far as attendance is concern. However, if you have any issues that need customer support, you wouldn't get any a timely response from them. No one answers their phone line at all. Their chat support is as equally horrible with an agent answering you after 5 hrs with no definite update. I don't understand how a company with an hr app can operate like this.

Seeing a doctor is a tedious process. Wait time is 5 mins, but after an hour and half of waiting, no doctor. Requested a call back, was told will receive a call back within 60 minutes, didn't get a call back until the next day. Bayzat is quick to charge your card for the service even before providing it. I was charged three times just to be able to talk to a doctor once with no option got a refund. Finally got a sick cert, app crashes when I try to download it. Wish cst service response is fast

The app keeps crashing while trying to download doctor report or th sl certificate. There is no option in the appointments place for cancellation or asking for refunf if the consultation did not happen. We are charged at first and then even if consultation dont happen, they dont refund it by themselves. We have to go through long process with customer service rep and request them for it.

The worst spy app off all, it utilises your phone to the fullest, contacts, app, photos, microphone, camera, data just everything! In some countries its even considered illegal due to heavy violation of your privacy rights.
