The master of Swipepad. A great modern alternative. In fact I tried a lot of replacements for Swipepad. Some of them worked rather okay-ish. Zone Edge Launcher is the first to get it really right. I'm very satisfied and happy that it still is in active development and bought the paid version, which is a bargain. Great work!

I have been looking for this! I am an avid fan of SwipePad, but unfortunately, the devs have stopped updating it and my new phone wouldn't allow me to install it also. This app is AMAZING, it's better than SwipePad. Lots of customization. You can do everything on the home screen. And my homescreen looks immaculately clean also. I immediately got the paid version because I was so impressed with what it can do. Kudos to the devs. You did a great job!

Saw it, seemed interesting, played with it for 2 minutes, bought premium after 3. Not something I do often. Edit : Down to 4 stars because the "blacklist apps" function doesn't work. The trigger lines are still active when using apps even if blacklisted. And, there doesn't seem to have been any proper updates for a good while now, so I suspect that won't get fixed. Still a fantastic app though - I access most of my regular apps through it, with one short, directed swipe of the thumb.

As someone who uses Edge Panels on the S22U I think this a good alternative for any phone. However, more spacing customization is needed for use on large phones, like: 1) being able to adjust the vertical position, not just resize the window, to aid in onehanded reach; and, 2) being able to adjust horizontal icon spacing as well vertical. These would make using Zone Edge Launcher on large phones much better and give me reason to move from Edge Panels even though I already purchased ZEL Premium.

Was a very good replacement for Swipepad, until the bugs started making it almost unusable. Been unable to add shortcuts on Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra for a while now. Tried reporting this to the developer, but have not got a response yet. Latest version 0.4.6 caused issues with zones not popping up, had to go back to 0.4.5 and disable auto update. Update: email reminder sent.

I wanted to bring to your attention a small issue: the inability to open apps in a freeform window by long-pressing their icons. I kindly request you to consider adding this feature in a future update. It would greatly enhance the user experience and convenience of Zone Launcher. Thank you for your attention and for creating such an excellent application.

Initially enjoyed "Zone Launcher," but persistent bugs are frustrating. Icons switch randomly on their own, causing confusion. Editing zones shows random icons over blank spaces. Unable to delete zones (Sorry you can't delete the default zone!), even though it's non-default. Also, adding URLs should auto-set website icons and titles, like standard launchers.

Really nice launcher built on a good idea. My only quibbles after several months of use are that (a) I'm finding the index lookup is just a bit too fiddly - it's hard to pick M, for example, or any other letter, on the first try, and that's how it gets you to your apps ... and (b) it seems a bit laggy sometimes, with several seconds delay before the app icons display after you select the index letter.
