Easy to set up and navigate, watch not syncing exercise with phone even though connected, Steps Ivery close to other apps, calories burned much lower. I am avery small adult, git this watch because of band size, it is in next smallest hole. Sleep record is excellent

I have 1 for my daughter and 1 for my son and can only connect 1 at a time to the app. one connects, and then the other watch is kicked off. I was looking to set an alarm for medication management but doesn't seem to have an alarm setting?!?!? don't buy I do not recommend.

Update: emailed in, they were very helpful. Still using. Bracelet for both kids. It worked okay for a month and now it will not reconnect. I've tried reinstalling. When I go to troubleshooting it only lasts a few types of phones like maybe four? So does this mean that this product does not work with most phones? Super frustrating I would not buy again simply because of the app problems.

I have two watches set up through the app, the watches constantly switch to default settings and random times, when I try to reconnect to the watches either one or both watches will say connected, then disconnect itself and won't let me access the settings to correct it. Sometimes I have to uninstall and reinstall both devices and once I had to reinstall the app. It is slowly chiseling away at my time and life. At first I had high hopes I really liked it and even wanted one for me. Not anymore.

At first I was having buyers regret. My daughter loves the watch and it helps her with remember things. The app itself is easy to use. The problem, if the watch dies or device is too far from the watch for a long period of time, disconnnects from the app and will not reconnect. I've realized it is the connection to Bluetooth. Restart your device. Reconnect app to Bluetooth and then reconnect the watch to the phone new. A GIANT pain, but it works. Info stays stored on app account.

I bought this bracelet for all 3 of my kids a month ago. Easy to install the app and communicate with the bracelets in the beginning. It had some pitfalls like resetting the watchface everytime you try to see the settings of the device, the devices changing time seemingly randomly, too few watchfaces, no control over the intensity of the alarm vibration, and few more. After updating to the latest version the app there was the big shock: the app could not connect to ANY of the 3 devices!!
