It's extremely slow, and the vast majority of the items listed in the store in my area don't have photos. I realize that you can read the name of the item, but it would make browsing so much easier if I could look for familiar photos. Other than those two issues, I like the app a lot. It's very useful for keeping track of my points and searching up prices before heading to the store. I don't use the list section enough to review it as I use physical lists on paper.

The app is very crashy on Android devices (and I've tried it on THREE different Androids - both the Harvey's and Winn-Dixie verison). It seems to get more crashy with each update. Most recently, it nearly cost me the 20x bonus. ... Would you consider a "lite" version of the app for us regular folks with regular phones? ... Also, what about having free Wifi in the stores, since the app only seems to work worse on mobile data. Otherwise, love your rewards program.

Longtime user, new issue. Pulled up the app and was prompted to sign in (which is new, usually it keeps my info saved). Entered info (correct info) and it appears a new page is loading but then it flips back to the same login page. Have yet to try actual browser, but headed there now. Love shopping with Harvey's and the app is usually extremely helpful. Any ideas?

App is all over the place, extremely slow. You can order from the website but not the app. Even with delivery(which is not an option on the app), you can't communicate with the courier unless they message you first. I dont see the point of downloading this app when the website functions better. Unless you just want their logo on your phone.

I activate my points and don't get them. And same thing for coupons. I've logged out, logged back in, unstall, reinstall and still not working.

Installing is darn near impossible even after supplying your email and phone number, as well as repeatedly requesting for verification codes and waiting for many minutes, after refreshing and other emails come through. A terrible app I wasted two hours trying to install (I have expetience installing many, so this shouldn't be difficult) all Torry to get ground lamb and other supplies I would buy if I visited one of the Douglas, Georgia stores and wasn't dealing with autoimmune issues. So sad!

This app does not work!!!,Nothing shows up. My points, my rewards my points multiplier, weekly ad absolutely nothing is working since the update. I could at least see some of this except my points balance before the update. This app is extremely terrible. Can you please fix the issue?.

The app is slow, cumbersome and rarely works to redeem savings at time of checkout. I think the staff are also not trained on how to use the app at my local Harvey's suoermarket in Havana, Florida. The checkout lady was rude when i was trying to use my points because she did not how to work the app and did not want to seek further assistance. I dont know which is more problematic to deal with, the app or the untrained Harveys Supermarket in Havana, Florida 32333.
