I woke up 45 min before my first appt time, there was nothing on my schedule. I had checked the day before, as well. 55 min later, I get frantic phone calls from my spa saying I had a client and where was I? This app never texted me nor did the appt appear on my schedule until the client checked in. If it has such terrible reviews why wouldn't you try to fix the issues?

App is great in terms of functionality, layout, etc. The only major issue is that it takes forever to load onto the screen, and it glitches way too often.

Has its glitches occasionally but it's been TRASH lately. I use this for work, so I'm not the primary account holder, I'm just 3rd person. It's not my boss's fault this app has been sucking. FIX IT. For the past 2 weeks I can't see sessions that are scheduled. It's just blank, even though the time slot has been filled. It throws off my day, throws off my schedule. Occasionally having bugs is one thing, this issue and especially how long it's lasted, is another. FIX IT.

Updated 12/20/2021 Have not been able to log into mobil app for over a week! Before that sometimes could log in sometimes not. This has been bad for years! But now is completely useless Please fix the booker app!!!! It is making my life at work Very difficult. Wont load most of the time comes back with errors or just keeps spinning. Cant work like this!!!

Always tells me to check my credentials but won't log me in. The website on my pc is fine, sort of, but the app won't let me log in eventhough its the same password and has never changed. Get it right booker. They also call a lot with spam. Multiple times in a row. If you aren't going to give the app 100 percent, im not giving you my time anymore.

Constantly kicks me out then gives me an error when I try to log in. Won't allow me to do add ons for my treatments from the app but I can do them no problem from the computer. It's full of bugs and all kinds of glitches. Sometimes it will combine days and I see other people's schedule from a Monday and mine for Saturday. It doesn't always cancel appointments even after I try to confirm to cancel. This app is garbage and needs some serious work

This app is glitchy. I need to send a text reminder when the appointment is made and 24 hours in advance. Also reacurring appointments need the option to be able to cancel just that one time without deleting the whole series, and a warning when a client is about to be double booked. A cancellation prompt needs to be added. There is a no show but not a cancellation prompt. The appointment needs to he deleted and makes tracking hard at a glance on calendar.
