Needs work. I like the setup for the most part but sometimes you can't get back to the home screen easily from certain things. The main problem is the website is more user friendly and has more options. Through the app you don't have a lot of control over things and you cant see the rewards earned. Also I have a parent account with multiple kids on the same account but the 2nd child I added to the account is not always recognized.

Download completes then setup begins. You have to login though your email, fine then an exceptional error message occurs and then... App locks up. It is done. No Refresh. No Restart. DONE. LOCKED UP. And OUT. You can reinstall the App numerous times still same thing will occur, exceptional error, and shutdown. Would be GREAT if it ACTUALLY WORKED AS ADVERTISED.

Halg the time this app doesn't let me log in. Me and my dependents' rewards card profile is completely blank even though we have debit cards. It shows nothing on here. The website online isn't much better considering it doesn't allow you to manage your card AT ALL. This is useless!

"an exception has occurred" on startup, "undefined: error" when you try to log in to what just appears as blank boxes with no instructions or even labels showing on the buttons to click. Like the other reviews, it's clear this app is non-functional.

Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. I like using the app instead of calling its just easier. I don't always have time to sit on the phone going through their menu of options. The problem I have the most is signing in to the app.

Wasn't good at all. Did not work for a second. Had to log in twice before it had me verify my ID and even then I was told that "this user already exists" It's very annoying and then after all that I get in there's not even a page for me to do anything. It's just a page full of nothing

Nice app especially if you need to know your member id # and what not but they say if you dont havd your insurance card on your persons you can download the app and from the app you will have the option to view your card info witch is true But most places that i tried to explain to them i had misplaced my actual insurance card was waiting to get my new one in the mail and could pull up my card information from the app wouldnt accept it in that form and or way!!!!

App doesn't work. I set up an account and tried to login. Gives me an exceptional error every time and just takes forever to load. Fix your app.
