This app worked fine until 2FA. It hasnt synced with quickbooks since and there seems to be no progress in rectifying it. I opted for this app due to the integration features and how time saving it would be. Now it is a headache

Do not rely on this app. They will hook you in with low rates then when you go to take payment from customer will put your account on hold with allegations of suspicious activity and provide no further explanation for over 5 days. I have attempted to make contact, to assist them, but no avail like talking to a brick wall. Very annoying when you've got a customer there ready to make payment but cannot due to lopay.

BE WARY of HOW the card machine updates. The app part on the phone updates fine. But the card machine WILL NOT update when you switch it on and connect it to your phone for some reason. It will ONLY update while you are taking payment, which for a business is EMBARRASSING for when you're stood there trying to take payment. What SHOULD be SIMPLE becomes a WAITING GAME. To get around this, start the process of taking a payment to trigger the machine to update, then cancel payment.

I verified my account with identification and the basic stuff after a week on a Saturday they froze my account for no reason. “Suspicious activity”. To add insult to injury not only did they freeze it midday on a Saturday my busiest time. Their support is not open over the weekend. I then contacted them to give them a second chance and get it working again. They then wanted some ridiculous things to verify again. I have been in business for 10 years and never heard of any of this. Busine

The rates are good and Bluetooth connectivity has got better, overall a very good POS machine.

Laggy crashes. Disconnects all the time. Phone to phone payments are unreliable. I'm going back to sum up. They might be half a percentage point more expensive, but you will save that money because of the of the time you save processing customers. Card ready is cheap and nasty. Battery lasts 1 day. Wouldn't recommend.

Update happen when u try charge customer they have to wait up to 10 min for update then u can take payment why can be avoid and ask do it late as option!!
