Always a rough time getting app to open. Enter code and never fail to get a " unable to use token" message. Then the negative starts to happen, i' l either get onto from dispatch or broker..now gonna unistalle and reinstall in hopes it works as stated.. Not recommended!!.

Not working. Won't allow me to turn on push notifications so it says the app is not tracking. So because of a faulty app our score goes down. Must be their way to push out the small carrier and and give to the mega carriers.

BEWARE!!! This app is requesting some ridiculous permissions. Why would an app that's supposed to track your location request a permission to modify or delete your sd card contents or read the contend of your usb storage? Not to mention it's asking to take pics and videos with your camera!!!

This app kicked me off my tracking half way through my load and now I have a restricted status. I have hauled loads with CH for 8 years with 100% on time pick ups deliveries and now I can't book a load from them for a month. Way to go CH!!!

This app doesn't work properly,you can have this on all time and at the end of the load they give you a low score no matter if you make pickups and deliveries on time you get restricted next month. Thank you CHR

Your app does not work, and because of it not working I was restricted. And it seems CH really could care less about it. And care even less about your carriers. I been working with CH for over 10 years and I the company is going down hill fast.

Can't get the app the send the verification code!! Was told to check with my carrier (Verizon) and there is nothing on their end to prevent a text from a single number coming through. Can't tell you how many times I've smashed the "Resend Security Code" link to no avail!!

Didn't even down load app. Wants to much access to my phone. Does not guarantee safe transfer of data. Matter fact it warns that information is sent over an unsecured radio frequency. Would not even put my phone in risk considering I use it for personal banking. They can call me for updates.
