really helpful if you keep opening the app and not avoiding it or putting off documenting each cigarette. I really appreciate seeing the money saved part. definitely like that! and hey the app is free so you have nothing to lose by giving yourself a tool! I really haven't seen any ads and that's a huge plus for me. you're worth it my fellow smokers. keep working on being the non smoker you know you can be. 80% physiological!

Joined this app to help my wife quit. We will see how that goes, I have already quit using alcohol. Had the same issue with the font size on my phone and not the app. Couldn't enter numbers of cigarettes at first then read reviews. SETTINGS - DISPLAY - FONT / TEXT SIZE. Reducing text size helped. I like small font anyway 🤪

I just started using it. It's straight forward to use, and I'm reducing my intake of cigarettes so far. the biggest benefit is that it's breaking a lot of the habit associations where I do one thing and smoke after as I can't if it's not time yet.

Edited review , was my fault, had the phone settings font size too big and couldn't use app . Fixed now .

Edit: Thanks devs for the response. Will continue using app! So far I like the app. One thing that seems strange is that when approaching the end of day, if I haven't smoked all cigarettes, the time gets really short, meaning, I just smoked and the timer resets to only like 5 minutes or something. Shouldn't it reset to a longer time? It seems like it wants to be sure I smoke all the cigarettes for the day. Telling me I can smoke every 5 minutes toward the end of the day seems counter-productive.

After testing some other apps to quit, this app looked different and the story began. It has a very good flexibility in order to set and follow your journey. It's been two weeks but I am very optimistic about quitting more easily with this app. Congratulations to the developers.
