CellTrak opens on My Cellphone well. The only issue I have is that my phone slows down when I open the app. It never stops running in my background. To the point gps, phone calls and other important apps on my phone freeze. I miss calls or double pay for things and thats not much of a win, Except accuracy for work, but my personal life is getting a bit annoying.

Since my last update it just spins like it is loading when I try to clock in. It's hit or miss if it decideds to work. I don't like that it doesn't save a time change. What is the point in being able to change the time if it won't save it. I then having to go onto another site and put it in. Makes the app useless other than tracking where I'm at.

Absolutely HORRIBLE APP Version! The one I'm stuck with is typing every single thing out, while other nurses have a different version of this same app that have options to choose from INSTEAD! Takes them less than 5mins! It takes 20 MINUTES some days!!! That takes 20 mins away from the patient, as this needs to be completed before your shift is over, balancing both at the same time! Give the option of the 2nd easier app to download instead! Rate a 0 if possible! Fix and it'll be a 10. Maybe :/

This app has kept me clocked in even after multiple times clocking out. Seems to not track hours properly as it will always say I worked more hours than I did. The location thing seems to be off as well as one time it said I was in Seattle when I was 400 miles from Seattle. This app has caused so many issues while being on unemployment due to lack of being able to fix hours without going through my company and having to go there when this app fails which is constant

We have tried to download this APP 4 times, all with the same result. The device dies. At first we thought the device was old and died on its own, but the last two were brand new. One was a Samsung Tab8 and the other an Apple IPad 9th Gen. Shortly after opening and signing in, we downloaded CellTrak. Within a day the device died. We called CellTrak but they claim their APP is fine. It's unbelievable this could happen w 4 devices. Let us know if this has happened to you.

I've been using this app scince 2021. I don't know what happpened to the app after I updated it after Jan 1st but if I go to adjust the start or end time the app doesn't correct/ show it anymore (example you adjust start time to 9am but still shows 11:30am) which is getting me mad because now I got to call to confirm my hours. The second thing is is when I was clocked in and the lady for the company that use's this app was here I couldn't show her the time correction on the log page.

It forces you to switch location services to ALLOW ALWAYS which invades employees privacy rights. I have every app set to ALLOW WHILE USING THE APP, and it shows up as no location, apparently, to our employer. Even though the app is running in the background as we use our PERSONAL, PRIVATE Phones. This needs fixed, ASAP.
