doesn't open. stuck on the splash screen. this was working just fine for me before the latest update. I got this to pay my parents TV bill since dish now sends the bill with less than a week to pay, and now I have to use their site and remember passwords for people who won't... ~Edit: got it to work after deleting my cache and data in the apps settings, quite ridiculous that i had to do thst.

It's okay, but it doesn't make sense to have two separate apps. This one is to manage the account, pay bill, and DishAnywhere functions like a slingbox, but also able to watch live TV, manage programming on your dvr, etc. Both are cool, but two separate apps? Come on guys, it's 2024 already!

They lied to get us to change to them. Said the bill would definitely be lower, better services, better options. They do not email the bill and yes, I have checked my spam. I opted for email notices to save on the service. Made promises of cash incentives and nothing. Bill is just as high as the company I left. Counting down the months until I can get rid of them.

Customer service is awful. I only have 500 letters, so I can't go into detail, but they don't have a clue, every time I've spoken to them, it's the same exact words. My problem was never resolved, even after sending out a tech. He told me I had to much stored on DVR, which I knew wasn't true bc I'd had much more before. But, I deleted, deleted, deleted anyway, still didn't resolve my issue. Then, in his report, he claimed to check all the connections, inside and out, which was a total lie.

I just am very happy about the DISH app. It is so easy to use, always easy to understand directional is easy to read bill. I would also recommend it to family, and friends. They will always be able to help. When I just needed to have a UID, they helped with that and I came up with another used in place of it.

bill keeps going up they offer nothing to loyal customers. the app Won't save my login information and I'm not able to log in with biometrics, now I have to enter all my information every time I try to check my balance or use the support option. Might as well delete the app and use the website.

overpriced rip off.. always some reason my bill is higher.. and, my home was destroyed in a fire a couple years ago.. I called and explained this to a dish rep. I asked to cancel my service till I figured out where I was going to go.. I bought a new home a couple months later and they said my account was past due and I had to pay like 300 bucks before I could service at my new house so they could start ripping me off again. I didn't owe anything. they just kept charging me. I hate them.

I hate Dish! There is always problems. The tv goes out for no reason. The tv resets itself. Can't record. They lied about us paying $137.00 for the senior discount. It was not explained that we had to pay for your equipment. I will not recommend family or friends do business with you. I was also lied to about certain channels I inquired about. I've had problems from the first day we had it installed. Dish representatives are liars and I hate it. Can't wait until this contract is up.
