I am using SMC application since very beginning. It was my favorite application for all actions. However in new application some history deleted or removed or not visible. For example I can see my history upto few years and with old applications it was from day 1 I did first consultation in SMC.

Application is so laggy after the update and the UI is so bad

Overall good app. But radiology and mri reports are not available soon. Also when we request for the report there's no response.

Impossible to register and log on Extremely difficult to find blood results once available Not user friendly ap. Needs further testing

Excellent application. All the information is available on the app starting from appointments to complete lab reports, medicines. The reason to move my complete family here from different hospitals is only because of the convenience provided by the app which saves my time by showing the reports online instead of revisiting the hospital. Also, special mention to mr. Kassem, the technical support guy who responds immediately if we raise any bugs/issues. Overall very much satisfied with the app.

Great app experience. 11-jan-25: New Logo is ugly, why?

installation was very easy. I faced 1 difficulty during the registration, I put a password of 6 digits, but it did not work, I changed it to 8 digit it worked. there was no hint to use an 8 charachter password. I found all the needed info in the app including my historical data since 2016. i also added my family profile easily. thanks for the app.

1. Always struggling with the check-in / payment option, never had a smooth experience even the app is always updated. 2. The App doesn't have the option to update the file information (name, age, weight, blood type etc.)
