I had used the app and program in the past and it worked great. I moved away from any convenient locations and canceled my plan. I am now close to location and wanted to restart the program. T he app will not let me change my vehicle or my payment info. I cannot get ahold of anyone to fix the issues. I recommend the wash but I don't recommend the app.

The wash is best in town hands down ( indianola ) and I like the options for locations of the washes it would be 5 stars but I absolutely hate that it's on a timer. Some days I get off earlier and I find my self waiting in the parking lot to be able to get my car washed then there are the days I get off later which sets the time to a later time for the next wash so then I have to go home only to come back to get my car washed. It's a bit inconvenient but other then that it's a great deal.

This app has not worked for me for months. When I go to check in and purchase a wash on the app it only gives me the highest dollar wash as an option. So I deal with it and I want to buy it and I scan the code on the wash. Then it just tells The wash code has already been used and I'm stuck. I've asked executive car wash about it on their support page 10 times and I get nowhere with it. My fiance has the same app on the same phone as mine and never has a problem with it but mine never works.

At a previous wash I left after completion and failed to hit wash complete on the app. Afterwards I upgraded to a new phone and factory defaulted the old phone. I came with the new phone and attempted to buy a wash but, it was repeatingly trying to use the previous wash purchase and not letting me clear it. I tried reinstalling app, no success. I tried loading $ on the app to bypass using card to was, failed. I then decided to buy a monthly club and it charged card not using pre loaded money.

There is not any valid telephone numbers or ways to contact without physically going to the location. I had an issue and was locked out of my membership. No way to contact, mgmt at physical location, does not appear to have fixed hours of operation. APP lacks in so many ways.

Do NOT download. As mentioned by other reviews, they wanted to "verify" your phone number with the app, and sure enough, the spam calls and messages now won't stop on my phone number that was submitted for "verification". Too bad, like the others, I wanted to get the monthly wash plan too. Unfortunately, uninstalling the app doesn't get my privacy back. How is this app rated as "Play Protect"? Reported the app and hopefully this nonsense will get removed from the Play Store soon.

App will not load membership. I've gone through all the troubleshooting. I've loaded to another phone. Still doesn't work and customer service won't respond. Phone number listed is disconnected.

Just call me I have submitted my issue several times through the website with no response. I can't even get in to cancel my membership. No way to contact anyone. And the employees are useless in helping resolve the issue
