Pay for a subscription to use remote features that don't even work (Remote start, unlock, lock, etc). Paying $21 CAD for this subscription... Contacted them regarding the issue, and told me they are looking into it for almost over 3 weeks with no solution. Pretty disappointed with this poor service and speed to resolving this issue. At least offer a refund or credit, but they can't even offer that when it's their fault.

what went wrong?? I've had this app since I bought my 1500 laramie longhorn new in 2016. app has been spotty at best. updates are current. multiple calls to help desk, reinstalled app but still inconsistent. remote start doesn't work half the time. it says receives the signal but won't start. I remote start from the fob, then the app turns the truck off. getting ready to call uconnect again. maybe someone else has this issue and can give some insight?

It's good when it works. Have had it for 5 years coming up. Sometimes when an update comes out all the services cease working. Tried using the directions service I am paying for to transfer from my phone to truck... doesn't work at all... I can go weeks before the fuel or vehicle location updates. least. The basics work most of the time. For a loaded ram st 120k price.. the service is lacking. And is poor compared to competitors. Guess I now wait for ram to contact me asking to contact them...

I pay for the RAM subscription service that allows me to access the app via my watch (to remote unlock and remote start). That was a huge sell to maintain the subscription. I upgraded my watch to the new Galaxy 7 Ultra and the app is no longer available. This is extremely disappointing. If an update to support it isn't available soon, I'll probably cancel my subscription

it's a great feature to be able to start the truck letting it warm up defrost clear the windows before I get in during the winter months especially when it's -30 F or so (yeah I live in the upper Midwest) it's also great to cool down during the summer. (just wish there was a way it could be programmed to run a bit longer than 15 minutes times 2 (30min max) say like 30 minutes a start) and yes I know that's not dealing with the app but rather with RAM)

The app simply doesn't work consistently. I paid a lot for the vehicle and the app isn't cheap and it crashes, won't remember changes (specifically boundary alert), valet mode fails and even remote start doesn't work consistently. Horrible folks. Please, make some upgrades and get it right. First world probl2m I know but, part of my purchasing decision for the vehicle is based on consistency of app support and available conveniences. This is my second Dodge and Sadly, probably my last.

So you make us change from uConnect to an app that is not as good? The data is no where near the same and your dealer locator doesn't even work! Also where is the owners manual that the app description says would be there? The uConnect app was far superior. UPDATE..... so I now can't see anything the old app had. No oil life, no fuel left, no tire pressures, absolutely nothing. The app shows none of my service history even though my truck has only been serviced at one dealer. Garbage app

This app, when compared to the very FREE app from Ford, is an absolute joke. You have to PAY monthly for this, and there's not even a timer to show how long until the remote start ends, no way to extend the timer either. And that's just 1 example of interiority. Whatta total miss by RAM. Incredibly disappointing
