It's a really good and friendly app. But it has problems. It crashes a lot, i get notifications but doesn't show the call, at night times it doesn't close after arrival to destination to show our customers how much the trip coasted. I say this because the app needs to be updated to fix all this bugs. Please update your app sa soon as possible so we can work properly. Thank you.

1. The app gives an option to run in the background which is cool, but actually it is not active in the background; such as, it doesn't ring a trip request 2. Location (car pointer) doesn't update automatically while the driver moves or changes location, it can only be updated manually 3. To use the street pick up option, there is a field to input destination address & phone no., But no field to input the 'customer name' 4. The app only have one tariff channel , So please add more options.

I have seen a lot apps like this but this application has the lowest GPS tracking system😡. I have to call to the centre to calculate the price for every trip I made. The estimated price and the actual prices are very different. It is designed to satisfy the need of the customers not the drivers. They really have to update their radar or tracking system 😡.

It requires an urgent update. There are many calls and tasks, but I’m concerned about explaining the lower price to the guests and coordinating with the office staff. As you know, people prefer a Frese ride to get quick service, even if it means not wanting to wait for me to call the call center. The location needs improvement.

I never come across this kind of worst app in my life. Won't let me pick up order , always crushes , wrong price calculation and need to call them for price. The app can't trace the paths I took. Told the customer service and went to the office to inform this problem. But they said nothing is wrong and there is no one who listen to them in the corporate office. It seems there is no hope for change and to update the app. Even though they earn a lot from this work, no cares about drivers

1. didn't refresh and it stacks. 2. When we see the last update date it is almost 10 months 3. It is better to show the driver how many passengers are requesting the trip and the app must add some additional payment when the passengers are full and z current payment calculation will work for 1 passenger. The fuel consumption isn't the same when four people is on board.

This is rude update as i seen ever. Until this updare It was good. But now it's worse. It does not work in the background, It does not say OK to refresh, It just spins. It is not easy to start as well as end a trip. In general, it needs urgent improvement.

experiencing issues with the app.the app does not give the best route to pick a rider up but most of the time gives me the wrong or the longer route.how is this supposed to save us time and gas ? also pick up locations are off.telling me to go to one spot for pick up when the rider is somewhere else,so I have to ask the rider via phone call.
