Using Save for Later doesn't allow to go back and add info to the day's flowchart. Uninstall/reinstall doesn't correct the issue. I'm going to start writing it all down to enter at the end of each day. Surprised and disappointed that such an important function has been reported for months and nobody cares enough or knows how to find a fix.

Immediately crashes when attempting to open the app. I'm using a Cricket Dream 5G, and I just replaced the same model phone due to damage, where the app worked perfectly before, so this seems impossible, and is very annoying. I have to have this app to get my dialysis supplies, so it's very important it works. If anyone else is experiencing this issue too, please speak up and we can hopefully get this fixed sooner rather than later.

I'm still having an issue with returning back to my draft chart. It will not allow me to go back and complete my task. Only way I can submit my daily charts is if I complete the chart all at once. Which leave more work for me to write them down and complete the chart the day after... None of the buttons work to complete drafted chart... it won't let me go back .Ive done all updates. I've already started a task and now it's been stuck unfinished all weekend. I can't return back to it.....Help!

After updating on 5/9/21 I can't "save for later" then go back and add more info. The app has always been slow, but is worse since the update. The new layout is also not as intuitive and user friendly. Added 1/23/24: The telehealth portion of the app will not recognize the native camera on my phone during meetings.

Two main complaints. 1. Painfully slow... Basically so slow I don't utilize it. 2. The supply ordering feature does not have a review and edit function... Or at least I haven't figured out how it works... Just imagine if websites were like this. We wouldn't get anything we bought online... Just this last month I had to call in to customer service and had a repeat delivery truck sent because of this shortcoming.... Go ahead and keep ignoring to fix the app... It's only money.

It wants me to use a fingerprint to sign in after I use my password. And I cannot get the message off my screen to use the app.

For a company as large as Fresinius, this is a total blunder. App development in this day and age is a very VERY common procedure. To have hyperlinks not functioning and many many other issues. It just seems as if they hired some "fly by night" to update or create this new version of the app. Maybe the put an ad on Craigslist....LOL

The app does not always function smoothly or correctly. Most common is to click the button for the same type and number of treatments and it just won't remember and you have to manually enter everything again.
