The app is organized about as well as the FWC. Get off the "government speak" and think about who you are addressing. I was a military editor for 34 years -- working with engineers who didn't know how to talk with anyone but other engineers. Editors attending accredited Journalism schools are taught to write at their audience's reading level but generally at a 10th grade level. Just about everyone does NOT like to read anything that they have to go back over to understand.

I'm the past I was able to view both my recreational license and my charter license on the app. I called the 800 number and was told that due to an update this is no longer possible. The app should have a place to enter multiple customer IDs.

Was working great. Now will not sync and about got a ticket for not having everything. Need to fix our pay for our tickets. Update...Now have a ticket because the app is not working. You set all these rules and then do nothing to fix problems.

About 60 bucks for a 7 day tourist fishing license - Just wanted a simple SALT WATER to fish from bridge, but the APP tried to add unwanted items like Snook and Lobster, plus a forced fund donation - (none of this money is for breeding and restocking the ocean). App also asks for intrusive info like SSN and DL #s, etc.. Tried buying a hard copy locally - not possible anymore. I'll pass on fishing, returned gear and tackle to Walmot - and get some Frozen Fish Sticks for dinner.

Just downloaded the app and attempted to set up an account. Made an error on my birthday. Before realizing the error, submitted. A verify/edit info popped up. Great...nah. The BD field was grayed out. No chance in editing the thing. Seems the account was filed under the wrong BD. Swell, logged on to that acct. Great...went to edit profile. But, low and behold the BD field is still grayed out. I'll just wait till I get there. Great start Florida. 😑

Still USELESS. Uninstalled. Bought the hardcopy license from Academy Sports. Talked to customer support. Verified Android version on my phone. Went home and installed the app again as directed by Customer Support, using wi-fi. Still does not work and freezes every other screen. The only thing it is good for, is keeping the electronic version of the license. May have to upgrade the phone to use this app.

Clumsy, difficult, broken application. Exactly 1 of 4 of us were able to get our 3 day license thru this thing successfully. The form, if it would load, kept failing or sending us back to the top before we would finish. Credit cards were acting dumb. Couldn't ever log back in when i tried the 2nd time. Hard to use. Not user friendly. Clunky. Worst 30 MB on my phone.

For the past two years I can't check out on the app or online, items are in my cart I input my credit card info and I click "pay now" and nothing happens, I click again nothing happens, it's terrible. I guess now I need to go drive, find a store that sells licenses, and do it the old fashioned way. Yes my andriod and computer are both up to date, tried to uninstall and reinstall the app, clear cache, etc. Smh.
