I bought two & can't get either to get online, one of them won't match up to the codes given on the side of the device ( would not find it to scan) it just kept saying we were off line but checking everything clearly we were not,something is wrong somewhere, it is so frustrating, after trying it again and again you just start to get mad & fed up with the whole thing& the worst thing is ,is I think the time is up for sending them back to get a different type to put up. Totally fed up!!

Used this app for over 2 years no issues. Until now when unable to connect to camera via mobile thus rendering camera useless. Hoping for a quick fix soon...

Ever since update, camera has been playing up, not recording and says no SD card. What once was a great reliable app has now become useless

problem with the camera, connecting connecting most of the time, the wifi router is almost sitting on them.

The app user interface is pretty dated and clunky. It crashes quite a bit. Most of the limitations (eg. Wiki password cannot be >16 chars) could be baked into validation of the text box. Why I have to depend on the manual to find that out is beyond me. All in all, a 1990s user experience.

Notifications are delayed by about 5 minutes when phone screen has been off for 5 minutes... Vehicle detection alerts constantly due to parked cars... Cruise mode tilts out of preset positions after while... Can't draw 4-box motion detection for safe zones like on desktop app, only 1-box in app... Humanoid detection detects trees, mailboxes & chairs... Needs a major update (especially for notifications) or I'm returning these 213 & 213x cameras, they're practically faulty.

i just bought the camera and downloaded this app, so for not the greatest experience in using the app to move the camera. i swipe left i swipe right and the camera may move or it may not. zooming in and out finger comands work, but if i want to look down im out of luck. id highly recommend putting arrow buttons to navigate the camera just like you have on thr desktop verson. swiping just doesnt work
