It's a very nice and easy app. Benefitial as well would be if the customer could have an overview of already achieved limits (€) of position from the yearly amount.

Horrible slow app. Cannot attach docs. Limit of doc is 8mb(??). Cannot atrach docs or reply to a message on a complaint. You have to restart the process over and over again if you miss a document. Or if the app crashes. It is really meant to function against the user so by the time you want to file an application for reimbursment one is so demotivated that gives up. Really. It is a shame for this company to have such a user unfriendly all. I suggest to remove it and stick to your website.

Good overview, excellent speed. Practical use. Only missing tool: to see an overview of how much you used from your annual insurance pot- that would be super handy!!

Die App ist leider sehr schlecht gestaltet. Es bräuchte eine übersichtliche Liste mit allen Einreichungen sowie deren Status. Auch eine Meldung wie lange die derzeitigen Wartezeiten sind wäre wünschenswert. Das Interface für die Einreichungen selber ist ok allerdings wäre es gut wenn man sich die ausgewählten Dokumente nach dem hochladen nochmal ansehen könnte. Auch die Auswahl zwischen Arzt Inland und ambulanter Behandler ist irreführend.
