The app sucks and takes ages to load videos. They should have the latest videos at the top of the gallery but no. You have to scroll down all the way until you get to the video you want. Sometimes the wifi disconnects and you lose all your progress. Camera is great but the app sucks.

Dismal app. Really let's the camera down, by making a really good feature, practically useless. No effort has been put into making this app work correctly. It doesn't show all the videos, the ones it does are in random order, with no way to sort them. Connecting is sketchy. It really needs sorting out, as its such a headache to use, it makes the WiFi feature totally redundant.

Tips for developers: change the order of the videos. Newest to the oldest. That will be better. And the GPS location is too slow to show up Updates: working better now, but still not showing all the videos, but you can slowly scroll down and it will show all the videos. It's good quality the images and the audio, but the app, can be better! Waiting for a new update that I'll be able to see all videos from dash cam faster.

Not good. Used with Iiway S1 dashcam. Can control dashcam and settings OK. Out of 300+videos on the sd card only 25 - 30 show in the app. Doesn't show file names or allow you to sort videos, making it impossible to find specific videos, even if they show up. Found it easier to connect card to my computer. GPS tracking works, but only for files that have been downloaded to phone.

Do not waste your time downloading this app to your phone. Most time it's not functional at all other times it will lock up the phone and the camera. Whoever designed it should be canned and the company should start over. The camera as a standalone device works wonderfully. And when I remove it and plug it into my computer I'm able to download all videos. I am placing a cheapy laptop in the car so that if it is needed for law enforcement I can still show the videos.

App is a joke, "may" connect then immediately "device not found" though WiFi shows connected, Bluetooth shows connected. Support DOES NOT respond. FreedConn has been good devices, improved over the years, but they seem to be getting complacent.

Disappointed it will not connect to cam. Waiting for a new update to see if it helps. Update 5/16/21: only time app works is when I'm driving, otherwise its crashing or failing to connect to cam. DONT FORGET to format your SD card in computer download vids directly. Uninstalling app asap.

EVERY time I try to look at the video thru the app, it tries opening the video, then goes back to the main screen and causes the app to freeze. I have checked for updates and even Uninstalled and re installed the app. Nothing changed.
