Sick of this app and it's terrible non-existent costumer service. Their delivery times are always wrong and they just keep adding time to the delivery, even if they add an hour they never offer you the option to cancel, you're just stuck. I've paid for their "priority" orders and they still never get their in the times they say they will. There's no one to talk to, even when you do finally get to their costumer chat (bot) it will only allow you to bring up one issue and it doesn't help. Awful

I have never come across worse customer service. I've had multiple issues with deliveries, such as delivery people sending the order to the wrong building, them stealing it or asking for extra tips. It feels like you're getting scammed after waiting for ages to get some support (which doesn't always work, by the way) and then MAYBE get a refund without compensation for the 2 hours you've been waiting while hungry to get nothing in the end. It's also an insanely expensive service. Not worth it.

Fact that this is the only app available in that region for this, is beyond me. I laughed when once I got an email invite from them asking me to try the new beta... Like come on, your final app is hardly a beta! It's solo bad there is no way who ever made it, is using it. Best part : spend an hour putting an order together, but since the card on file didn't go through (don't even ask why because that card was used with them successfuly 3 times today..), the whole order is totally deleted 😂

Absolutely dreadful service. Food is almost always late, frequently being delivered cold. Drivers came to the address a few times, cancelled the order and left with the delivery, without notifying or contacting the building reception (in these cases the money is not being refunded). Never using this app and would not recommend to anyone

The app is slow, UI is bad, and it is not very friendly to international visitors in Colombia. It is extremely focused on covering local habitants. I've had several issues with payment methods, and it's not because of my bank, it is a problem on Rappi's end. Really terrible experience.

I really like the app, but there are many things that can be improved. I'd love to see the search filters adding a "lowest price to highest (with delivery)" and a "price range" option, the tipping system doesn't allow to tip cents and I would like it if the "rappifavor" option didn't had so many problems loading the maps.

It's crazy how many technical issues this app has. From no customer service, charging me double, not being able to see which stores coupons apply, the filters for stores don't work, selection is limited, trying to upgrade plans doesn't work. It's absolutely crazy that an app this important can have these sorts of technical problems. Rappi needs to make improvements and try to manage their company like it was a company from USA or Europe. Please make improvements!

I used to use it constantly but I stop due the lack of client service efficiency, they don't make the app straightforward to send inquiries. The payment is absurd because it doesn't cover the delivery cost, for starters the food cost more than ordering directly from the place, if you don't want your food cold you have to pay even more and always you have to pay for preposterous extra fees. Totaly unworthy.
