I was told by my work to get this app. It's, to put simply, clunky. It often stops working in the middle of me trying to use it and will refuse to work unless I turn my phone off and back on. The plugging in of activities and food takes a long time. And it wants me to do the math of calories. I don't count calories, I honestly don't care to. You want them.... you should be able to have that algorithm in your app. It has potential... but it needs smoothing out. They should try to make it fun.

It worked great last year, in 2021. The 2022 version does not work. It won't connect with any of my apps that count steps, exercise time, food/calories, water per day, nothing. Whatever changed in the 2022 update ruined a great app. I guess I'll have to manually enter my info into the app daily because I have to use this useless app for my insurance at work. I wish the 2021 version could be restored. This app is a huge waste of time.

Needs development. Never accepts uploads and only syncs with device some of the time. I use this for health insurance rates with my employer so it's irritating to have to do it manually all the time. That said the mobile view of the website works great for uploads! So I'll just use the app to sync with my device and hope it works.

I got this for work. It's terrible at tracking workouts synced from other apps. I have My Fitness Pal because it won't sync to Samsung Health, and it doesn't even pull the length of time that I worked out. Then, if I try to add an exercise, there aren't many to select from so you have to add a "custom" workout. I tried adding cleans to my activity and "cleaning the house" or something like that came up. Then, when I tried to add a "custom" activity like deadlifts or cleans, it wouldn't even add.

I have Digital Wellbeing on my phone and this app is not compatible with it at all. And it does not automatically track and enter your info! I have to do that manually. That is a pain and inconvenience! You need to upgrade this app to make it more user friendly, compatible with all android phones and automatic tracking and filling in your progress. Uninstalling.

Honestly just a garbage app. I'm using it for a health initiative through my employer, and nothing seems to work correctly. Half the time it won't import data from supported apps and entering it manually is a nightmare as it won't let you input anything without issues either. And it's not just the Android version, I tried the iPhone version also, it's just as bad.

When trying to connect to Google fit, it shows the following error - This app tried to access sensitive info in your Google Account. To keep your account safe, Google blocked this access. Seriously?? Is this the standards of your application?

I was excited to join a challenge through my employer to win some money and get healthy. However it's day one and this app is not synching properly with two of the tracker apps it states it supports. I can't really compete like this. I just finish walking 1000 steps and the app has me for 58 steps. We are not allowed to manually add in anything per competition.
