Pixel 7 user here, I like this apps concept, but the execution is pretty lacking. Maybe 1 out of every ten times I used the BP monitor will it connect and that's me being generous. Restarting does not help. The monitor itself is pretty inaccurate. Always showing too high. Have checked it against our other monitor that's been checked by our PCP for accuracy. Makes the results in the app unusable.

This app is very clunky and buggy. The first hello heart blood pressure monitor I received was DOA. I received another one after contacting customer service. The second one I received constantly has connection issues. Many times the app tells me "turn on your Bluetooth" when it us already on. Just to log 1 blood pressure reading takes a few attempts for the app and monitor to connect. All the while my blood pressure rises with each measurement that can't be sent to the app from the monitor.

As of 8/29/24: Added 1 star. Starting to get better, but baby steps it seems. Useful, but frustrating. Touch screen sensitivity is terrible, especially in the medications screen. Updated today. Gets worse every time. SMH Lost another star. Only 1 left. Takes several minutes to load. No longer tracks medications streaks.

Won't connect most of the time. It keeps telling me that I have to turn my Bluetooth on, even though my Bluetooth is on. I turned it off and on two or three times to try to get it to connect and nothing works. I'm using Google pixel 7. Unfortunately I have to add my blood pressure manually every time I take it.

I have my phone open and it doesn't always update immediately. It catches up eventually when I do another reading, but sometimes takes a couple before it catches up. I am not sure if I am missing alerts that I only see if it updates immediately like an irregular heartbeat.

I don't use the more advanced health tracking capabilities, but I do take my blood pressure regularly since receiving this. It's nice to know how you're doing over time. My only request would be better data export options than just fax/email. A way to save directly to my device ideally.

Since the 10/6 update and "fixes" the monitor no longer automatically connects to my phone. Messing with the app and monitor has only elevated my BP due to the frustration. Every single day, it says I need to connect to the Bluetooth. You've been dropped from a 5 to a generous 3 star.

it is a great app through my employer's wellness that has made a trendous difference to me. I wasn't aware that I had high blood pressure and tracked it where I started on medication. It has come down 13-20 points. As much as I get annoyed with the notifications to check my bp and take my meds, it works!
