The UI UX on the phone is not as good as that of the PC.. There's a need to improve on that aspect..I was unable to access my account via Phone.

The billing of Get Response is deceptive. When you cancel your subscription, they give you an option to freeze, but if you freeze, your subscription ends immediately (even though you still have more time). And when you log back in, they ask you to reactivate and charge you money, and you're not given the option to opt out before they start charging. Wish I could give 0 stars.

The app is awesome for tracking stats, lists, graphs, etc. The composer functionality however, which is a major part of getresponse and those who are constantly on the move could need in order to write something important but well designed on the go, still needs a lot of work in order to ressemble the desktop experience. If not for this, I would give it 5 stars without thinking it twice

I was using another autoresponder but wasn't satisfied. When I tried this for the free trial it seemed so much better than the other one. It was pretty user friendly and when I had a question, I would go to the online chat and get really great help. They were thorough in their assistance and helped with all my problems. after seeing this I upgraded to a paid membership and have not looked back since. There are so many tools to use I'm still learning and I'm very impressed.

Generally a good app. Only a few user requirements that need a little attention. Has some good tutorials although they are a bit rushed and there is no way to see what buttons are being clicked. Seems like pages just magically open. Email recipient attribution needs work. It's a bit clunky to add/ exclude recipients.

This is an AMAZING app and service in general..Im very happy using it. The reason i put 4 stars instead of 5 is because in the mobile version at the funnels section it doesnt display how many people entered the order form.. Also one thing to improve is to add more funnel templates. (+ Upsell) Apart from that everything is perfect i suggest it to everyone!

This is best for monitoring message performance, it has a nice swipe feature for checking message stats. Composing messages is a serious weak point, limited font sizes, no obvious way to select a font, no test message feature. Great for on the the go monitoring but not for composing new messages
