Very bad. Using this to submit defect as required by developer. Have successful upload 5 case. After that login to submit again it never work. When press upload photo it just hang there and nothing happen. Waste of time for such irresponsive APP

Apps works fine so far. Suggest for a number of improvements: (1) when press back back back on android phones to exit the apps, it keeps logged me out. a major inconvenient. (2) should allow user to delete/edit defects, esp when i entered two same defects because the first one said submission error in the first place and later appear in the list. (3) also, since we already select location during plotting, no need to ask user to enter location again in drop down button. (4) a few typo on buttons

This app is really bad. Says better performance and speed. Both does not prove it. I've uploaded defects, says received into the system. But then, i checked back, no record of the defect. This is not user-friendly as it requires me to upload again and again, but still fails. And the loading page is very slow. It usually takes minutes to upload just one defect

I have been forced to use this app for a year plus by my property developer to submit for defects but it is a nightmare experience. Countless time has been wasted to login, and do anything. Constantly got new update every few days but never once fix the slow loading problem. Server connection speed is super slow and laggy. Kindly fix the slow connection for us to leave this unending nightmare. Thank you. App experience is very bad. Wanted to give a rating of 0 star, but not available.

App works okay but there are definitely areas of improvement. For one, there should be a delete/edit button for defect submitted in case we wrongly keyed in detail. Secondly, if we wishes to reopen a defect after the contractor closes it, we should be able to upload photos for clarification.

Been use for awhile, submited some defects. Then today try to login again for other defect submission, an error msg "failed to retrive unit details" pops up, and everything is unaccessable for now. Update @ 2021-01-23: Able to login back. But after a few defect submission, it takes forever in the loading screen. Btw, thanks for the promt response. Good job

As a frequent user of this app, I noticed that: (1) This app lags so bad, like BAD bad (2) Sometimes forced close by itself (3) Missing a lot of defect categories and sub categories. My suggestion: (1) At least put "Others" option so that we can write the defect remarks and details, instead of choosing the unrelated categories of defect. (2) Provides [Edit] or [Delete] button so that we can edit or delete typo, mistakes or unwanted defects.
