Inštalácia

Mobilná aplikácia pomáha používateľom nainštalovať si zariadenie Inseego 5G s pevným bezdrôtovým prístupom (FWA) na optimálne miesto, aby maximalizovali rýchlosť širokopásmového pripojenia v domácnosti, firme alebo podniku. Inštalačné funkcie nie sú k dispozícii na mobilných zariadeniach Inseego, pretože ich je možné prirodzene presúvať a nevyžadujú inštaláciu na pevnom mieste.

Jednoducho naskenujte QR kód na zariadení, spárujte sa s telefónom a môžete začať.

Po spárovaní inteligentného telefónu alebo tabletu so zariadením Inseego FWA mobilná aplikácia automaticky zhromažďuje údaje o sile signálu z 5G mobilného pripojenia zariadenia. Keď zariadenie presúvate na rôzne miesta a upravujete uhol alebo orientáciu, aplikácia poskytuje ľahko pochopiteľné hodnotenia výkonu. Aplikácia má prispôsobené inštalačné toky pre koncových spotrebiteľov, ktorí vykonávajú vlastnú inštaláciu, alebo pre profesionálnych inštalatérov.

Mobilná aplikácia poskytuje cloudové funkcie správy zariadení pre všetky zariadenia 5G Inseego vrátane zariadení FWA a mobilných zariadení, ako je hotspot M2000 MiFi alebo brána IoT Skyus160. Do not waste your time on this app. The negative reviews are absolutely true. It only works the first time you add your device. Once you close and reopen the app, your device disappears and you have to start all over again. This issue has been reported for years, and nothing has been fixed. The app is clearly abandoned. Thankfully, you do not need it at all. Just go to the device’s admin website and configure everything from there with no issues.

Terrible App. Every time I close the app it makes me re-install the router when I open it again. The location finder isn't accurate. I use the light on the router to determine best location (blue best, Green good)... Please fix the app. This isn't good enough.

absolutely useless app. installed - reinstall. restart devices multiple times and it cannot tell I am connected to the router. No support help to be found thus far.

it made me pick 3 or more locations to test the signal level plugging it in near a window with the back facing the window. To test in a new location you have to unplug it. Made me rescan the qr code every time to reconnect. The signal strength never went above 2 no matter how close it was to a window. I even had it on a window sill at one point. Once that is done it tells you to wait while they connect the device to their cloud and it can take up to 1 hr. It still isn't connected 2 hrs later.

This app is unnecessary IMO, besides lousy - my router works fine & the Web UI is available through the web browser on a computer connected to the internet through the router. There one can set up an account, login, and access settings. How about this? To find the best location for the router, just try out some available locations (near outlets + windows!?!) and pick the most convenient of such likely places, wherever the blue (or green) light stays on solid the most.

I didn't actually use this app. It is possible to do 100% of the setup, including advanced router settings, through the web interface served by the device itself (M3100). Not sure why we need a 50MB app to do this. The reason I give it 3 stars, sight unseen, is because of the size. If it's just a guided setup, it should be less than 10MB.

I don't usually rate apps, but this one deserves it. I consider myself tech savy and even I have experienced a hard time getting the app to work correctly and configure my router through it. Se bugs I encountered were about the app saying I am not connected to the router despite the fact actually being connected. 🤣 Fix for that is to unplug the router. Another issue is the app takes a long time to load....

I went through the whole process of installing and it looked like everything was ok. I backed out and instead of the save changes popping up it just exited the app. I went to go back in and nothing had been saved. Tech support says there should be an update shortly to the app. At which time I will be changing my rating, that is if it works? I can't even rate this right now more than a 1
