You need to use Google translate. It's better than whomever has been doing your translations for the app. Also, the moment your screen turns off/times out, your phone disconnects from your EUC and leads to potential crashes

Just updated the app, and now it won't work. Just stuck on the loading screen until my phone sends a pop-up saying the app isn't working. This app is about as good as their products. Would never buy again.

Completely stopped working on my both phones (Samsung and Xiaomi). After last update probably? It just crashes every time when I trying to start. So, I can not connect to my wheel and change settings about two weeks. (Also, from my previous experience when it was warking: very annoying light settings reset to default auto mode each time when I turn my wheel off. Can you fix wheel software to remember this setting?)

The app would be great if it would actually update! Every single time I open it, a message pops up that says my app isn't updated. I have to click past it constantly and it's very annoying! There is no update available here in the Play Store. The app tries to lead me to a download for the update. I have tried this several times. It downloads a file that my phone says might be harmful, but even after I allow this download and click on it to install it, it keeps saying "file not installed"! Ugh!

The app works for my s18. It took a little while to connect and update but once it did, it has a solid connection and remembers my wheel when I restart the app. It shows the miles I've logged altogether plus current sets. It displays remaining battery, battery usage, and even heat units. Not many people in my area have an euc but it shows King Song users in your general area. Turning on the wheel first and then the app has been the way I make sure the wheel connects to the phone.

Hands down the worst app that I've ever tried to use. I was finally able to download it then got the latest firmware for my kingsong 16s. I think the update is 3.1.8 either way can't ride the wheel now. After starting it back up the wheel was sitting at about a 15 degree angle and can no longer be calibrated to make level. To hell with KingSong I've owned this now for a year and can't wait to get rid of it. More trouble than it's worth. I'm going to look at Gotway next.

Unfortunately, riding record does not work on Samsung S21 FE, says unknown location and does not save any record (riding KS16S V2). Otherwise it works properly, maybe the app could be just a little bit more intuitive. Moreover, I would have a proposal to create for example a lite version of the app for smart watches. At least for essential functions like a horn and lights, when I do not use 3rd party apps. Display speed and battery would be nice too but not that needed.

Theres several issues with this app! This app crashes & or fails to connect to my S18 sometimes. The app displayed a window saying to update to 3.6.1 so i download the update to my phone & the app won't allow me to install the update to my s18. When i check it says its up to date on 2. Something. This app needs MPH & Fahrenheit option added. This app continuously displays in my phone's notification box that the "Kingsong software is now running normally and safely" when the app is on or off.
