Fairly easy to use and understand in most places. Once in a while, it takes a bit of trial and error in figuring out how to swiftly move within a segment of the menu preventing me from giving it 5 stars rating, but overall, any and all information I have needed to look for I have been able to find. So far, all of that information found has been 100% accurate.

It's easier than running in the building down a long hallway to just sign in at the office; which sometime, you have just missed the roll book by seconds and now have to sign a late book. It is at your fingertips...I'm here! And that's all matters. In other words, it is more convenient. Kudos!

Hardly ever works! If you're relying on this to pay staff, or as staff to check holidays or rotas then don't bother. You can't log in, and when it does pop up on your screen it says "no Internet connection" despite there being one. Terrible app!

This has got to be the worst app I've ever had to use and when the only way to get your timesheet done is via phone which is constantly being told that you're not on the internet but your phone says that you are but the app says that you're not kind of stinks. I would never recommend this app for payroll or anything for anybody I have had too much bologna running around playing games having to go to tech support just to get paid for work I do

A HORRIBLE App. CONSTANT password changes. Once your in it, it has TONS of stuff that it "thinks" you need, but you don't. Anything you DO want you have to search for. It's self-importance is absolutely MIND-BOGGLING. My company uses it (God knows why) and it is VERY frustrating. "It" just told me my sign in took too long, so I've "timed out". As God is my witness, I took LESS than 2 minutes to enter my user name & Password. I really HATE it.

too many bugs that aren't worked out, can't always get on it because there is no Internet, very confusing on snow days and 2 hour delays and sick and personal days. the window of time to clock in and out is only a minute. has created a lot of extra work for other people in the district outside of payroll, like the school secretaries, and heads of other depts like nutrition . And now everything is going over to ukg in January. big disaster waiting to happen all the bugs aren't worked out of itnow

When I need to get into my app, it keeps on loading screen. Whether it's on WiFi or mobile data. The app, does not work properly everytime it gets an update.

As an employee, I really love the ease of clocking in and out using this app. However, a couple of weeks ago the clock in button disappeared and I can only use it to clock out. I've tried reaching out for customer service through the website but have only been directed to unrelated videos/ forums. My manager has been unable to get specific help through email and has been waiting days for a promised phone call.
