When we do the payment or renew our plan through this application we had to forcefully selecta Auto renewal option. This is not optional and also we had to save our card. Then again we have to go to the setting and remove the auto renewal option and delete the card.

Bad experience. Wasted $$ for unnecessary plans. 1. Switched off Lyca auto renewal a few months ago, YET it suddenly switched on again. 2. The deduction happens before the expiry of a certain plan, & this transaction is not reflected in the history of payments until the end of the plan. 3. Apparently I can only switch off auto renewal on the website & not the app. 4. Had to buy an additional separate plan, yet the app can't detect my initial plan and NOT have a renewal for the additional plan.

Horrendous performance and anxiety inducing errors. I've had instances where the app fails to load entirely, and instances where it alerts me that my number has been ported, as well as instances where my number isn't valid, supposedly. Pick a struggle, please. There's also the issue of payments just crashing half the time. Playing with my money is instantly 3 strikes for me, and is inexcusable. The new app has a nicer interface, but the garbage backend has gotten worse, if anything.

Lyca removed my bundle, without any notice. I was left without any option to use the phone..and took some time until i realised. Customer support is very very low: they cannot see the history bundle, for users with accounts. Take extra care and avoid them, if possible! L.e: after their comment, i.ve sent email,as they requested > NO answer!! Lame customer support.

Worst type of Internet I'm in Sweden shows I'm in Uk. I don't use vpn or anything changed the phone don't work. Very expensive low survice.

Very bad service. I have bought student package and i had 500 international minutes included in my package but after 200 minutes i could call to international number and i called many times to customer support but problem is still there. They told me problem will be solved within 48 hrs but after 3 days nothing happened. Very poor service and dissatisfied 👎.

Dear team, it is mildly frustrating that I am not able to make any purchase since the payment gateway is stuck. If I try other methods of payment (I.e from the web browser) it says transaction failed. Please resolve this issue. I hope this feedback will be received with joy and happiness.
