Got an email stating that all of my points would need to be used before January 2023 or that i would lose them. Went to the app to try and redeem them and... Yep. You guessed it! The app doesn't work. It won't even open! Seems as though the app not working is a problem all across the board. It really sucks because I had over 5000 points from using the rewards program faithfully. May need to switch gas stations...

I loved this app & the rewards add up. However, now I'm unable to login & get the message "there appears to be a problem with your network". There's nothing wrong with my network. I've tried clearing the cache, uninstalling & reinstalling the app, etc. I'm able to login on a browser, but not the app. Very frustrating!!!!!!!!!!

I have used this app for years now, and truly love the rewards program. And now I can not sign into my account using the app. "There appears to be a problem with your network" appears and on the app it will not log in. I reset my password a few times, and uninstalled, and installed a few times, and still not able to log into the app. I hope that the app gets fixed. It is really a big inconvenience

The store locator feature doesn't work right anymore. It will allow you to search for stores in your area but under the locations it's still have the locations of the last area that I visited on the list. Please bring back the price comparison feature for the different stores in your area. At one point some of the stores in my area were the same prices and they were all so different prices as well. I like being able to go to the location that offers me the lowest price as well as being able to use my discount. The app used to be wonderful in the beginning but now with these changes that you all have made, it makes it less pleasurable.

Clunky app. MobilePay is gone. Fewer rewards options. I have thousands of points and nothing I want to spend them on. MobilePay saved me in plenty of situations, and with the rise in frequency of card skimmers on machines, I felt safer with the MobilePay than any other form of payment. Secure (go PayPal!), no card required, and much faster than going inside--particularity when I was working late nights and getting gas at odd hours.

I probably would've given this app at least 4 stars, however it randomly signs me out. And after using the app for years, when I tried to sign back in, I keep getting an error that says "There appears to be a problem with your network". There is no issue with my network. I have tried on both wifi and mobile data, and I've uninstalled/reinstalled. Still won't work!

The app was great til it stopped working. It said I needed to log in, I did, then it started to load and shut down. I tried to force stop, uninstall reinstall, it's just stopped working all together. Very frustrating. One of the big reasons I get gas from y'all is because with my points I get discounts. Not getting gas at mapco if I can't get my savings. I'll go to shell where my app works 🤷

I used to love this app but now I'm getting issues where it will not let me sign back in. I first noticed it on August 12th, 2022. I've done everything that I can think of which includes clearing cash, clearing data, uninstalling, reinstalling, and rebooting my device. I can sign in perfectly fine on the website both on my phone and on my computer. So the issue is not within the sign-in protocol but with the app itself. It is broken. Please fix it and I will bump this back up to five stars.
