Ive never gotten this app to work in 2 years of trying...Apparently someone already made an account with both of my email addresses that I've have had for decades. Resetting password is an invalid request. Tried an older LG Stylo 3 when my Note10 plus wouldn't work. NOPE! This is how an insurance company saves money. Make a fake app that nobody can use! GREAT! And the only way to access anything is through the fake app! WOW! If this isn't a SCAM I don't know what is!

Doesn't deserve a 1 star. Crashed my phone immediately upon install. Couldn't even create an account. UI is just froze and "UI not responding do you want to close or wait" message pop up; however it's so messed up that I couldn't even click the close app link. My phone restarted instead. Tried again. Same results. Uninstalled.

Horrible experience. I'm trying to reset my password, but the app just displays an "invalid request" error message when I use the reset password button. No additional options or additional dialogue. Pretty garbage experience for how much I paid for additional coverages for my vehicle.

It worked on my old phone But had to get a new phone I had my dsta transferred to the new phone. Now I keep getting invalid requests when trying to log in and trying to reset my password I asked a question back in December and still haven't received an answer. Why can't I get into mycar app? I have data stored in that I need to access. When I try and ask to reset password it says invalid request.

If I could give this app less than one star, I would. I can't even create an account! Each time I try to put in my email address and password, the app closes! And this is the app I'm supposed to use for the extras I PAID for when I bought my car?? GARBAGE is what this is!! Not happy....

App is very user friendly and easy to use just follow directions. It would be nice if my dealer had told me about this so I'm not sure if they are up to speed on app. I found the directions by going through all my paperwork from the original sale. So make the dealers aware that they must send an email with instructions on the app to customers.

Non-functioning. Just got a car last week. The dealer told me to download this app. Can't register because say I already have an account, and it won't let me reset a password. This program hasn't been updated in almost 3 years so this company has given up.

the app uses a lot of battery. They refuse to pay shops directly. this is more of a reimbursement than a traditional warranty. my experience may be a little unfair to maximus, because I was sold this warranty through the Chevrolet dealership where I bought my car. they told me that I would be able to take it to any dealer and get it fixed no problem. that clearly is not true and maximus does not advertise themselves as such. so really, shame on that dealer.
